 From brief online research, hopefully correct - corrections and additions requested:

Bertha S. Felch was born 17 September 1866 at Lowell, Massachusetts, the daughter of Stephen A. Felch and Julia A. (Emery) Felch.  Bertha married Frank M. Clark at Lowell, Massachusetts, on 29 September 1894.

Inez Pearl Felch was born about December 1881, at Lowell, Massachusetts, also the daughter of Stephen A. Felch and Julia A. (Emery) Felch. Inez married James F. McDuffie at Lowell, Massachusetts, on 10 May 1898; they raised their family at Manchester, New Hampshire.

Grace was presumably Bertha's and Inez's cousin Grace Felch born about November 1874; the 1900 Federal Census of Lowell, Massachusetts, notes that Grace was the adopted daughter of William Butler Felch and Annie (Barclay) Felch.  William Butler Felch was the younger brother of Stephen A. Felch. I didn't find record of a marriage for Grace.
