From brief online research, hopefully correct - corrections and additions requested:

Olive C. Harr was born August 13, 1884 at Waterloo, Michigan, the daughter of Andrew and Rosina (Renschler ?) Harr.  Olive's brother Walter G. Harr and sisters Matilda Harr, "Tillie",  and Mary Harr inscribed pages in her album.

On June 20, 1916 at Waterloo, Michigan, Olive C. Harr married Clarence Earl Beeman, who was born May 6, 1887 at Lyndon, Michigan, the son of Orson and Sarah Beeman.  Clarence didn't inscribe a page in Olive's album, but his brother older brother Clyde did.

I believe Olive and Clarence had at least two children.  Clarence died in 1970 and Olive in 1975.  They're buried in the Mount Hope Cemetery at Waterloo, Michigan.

Two of Olive's schoolteachers inscribed pages:
  • Dwight C. Marion; inscribed at Lyndon, Michigan, on January 9, 1896

1883-1926 Autograph Album of Mary Louise Fox of Sandusky, Ohio, Before and After Marriage to Frank Jacob Hess

Autograph album that was kept by owner Mary Louise Fox of the Sandusky, Ohio, area, from 1883 to 1927, from before and after her marriage to Frank Jacob Hess.  The later inscriptions were from Mary's grandchildren.

The album measures approximately 7" by 4-1/4" and contains nearly 100 inscriptions; some people inscribed more than one page.  Inscribers include Mary's relatives, some of whom may have been her in-laws, and friends.  Several inscribers mentioned W. R. N. S., presumably Western Reserve Normal School, where Mary herself may have been a student.  The school closed in 1889.

An alphabetical list of the inscribers, together with any personal information they offfered, appears at the end of this post.

From brief online research, hopefully correct - corrections and additions requested:

Mary Louise Fox was born August 15, 1865 in Perkins Township, Ohio, the daughter of Allen Fox and Eliza Catherine (Bartlett) Fox.  On June 18, 1891 at Sandusky, Ohio, Mary married Frank Jacob Fox.  The Frank Hess who inscribed a page in Mary's album on December 10, 1884 at Milan, Ohio, was presumably Frank Jacob Hess.

Mary and Frank raised their family of two daughters in the Sandusky, Ohio, area.  Their daughter Ethel May Hess, "Effie", inscribed a page in her mother's album, as did Effie's children Harold and Pauline.

Mary and Frank both died in 1951.  I believe they're both buried in the Perkins Cemetery at Sandusky, Ohio.

1888-1892 Autograph Album of Juanita Marsh, or Waneta Marsh, "Neta", of Shoals, Indiana

Autograph album with inscriptions from 1888 to 1892 that was kept by a "Neta" of Shoals, Indiana.  I believe she was Juanita Marsh, whose name also appears as Waneta Marsh.

Neta inscribed a page in 1889 at the beginning of the album.

Neta Marsh was one of eight people, four young men and four young women, listed on a page inscribed on February 15, 1891.  The other names were:
  • E. Sheron of Washington, Indiana
  • Alfred Harrod or Harris
  • Ike Westwood
  • Joe Clarke
  • Alice Drake
  • Maud Drake
  • Nora Taylor

The album, whose pages are disbound and badly chipped, measures approximately 7" by 4-3/4".  It contains the sentiments of nearly 40 of Neta's friends and schoolmates.  An alphabetical list of the inscribers, together with any personal information they offered, appears at the end of this post.

From brief online research, hopefully correct - corrections and additions requested:

Juanita Marsh, or Waneta Marsh, was born March 21, 1876 at Shoals, Indiana, the daughter of George H. Marsh and Mary C. (Hamilton) Marsh.  It appears that Neta never married; she died on August 14, 1922 at Carlinville, Illinois, and is buried in the Spring Hill Cemetery at Shoals, Indiana.  Her Illinois Death Record and her Find a Grave memorial show her name as Juanita.

1880s+ autograph album kept by Annie Marshall of West Grove, Iowa, while she was a student at Southern Iowa Normal School and after her marriage to William J. Russell.

From brief online research, hopefully correct - corrections and additions requested:

Anna Marshall, "Annie", was born about December 1866, possibly December 28, 1866, in Lee County, Iowa, the daughter of James Marshall and Elizabeth Archer (Hervey) Marshall.   Annie's maternal grandfather, James Hervey, who indicated he was 78 years old, inscribed a page.

Annie had several siblings, at least two of whom inscribed pages in her album, sisters Lizzie (twice, from before and after her marriage to Flavius J. Bowman) and Ella Dissa Jane Marshall.

On September 12, 1888 in Davis County, Iowa, Annie Marshall married William J. Russell, son of Henry and Mary Russell.  Several people with the surname Russell inscribed pages in Annie's album; refer to the list of inscribers at the end of this post.

Annie and William had, I think, 3 children, all of whom inscribed pages in Annie's album when it apparently came to light in a later era when the family was farming at Payette, Idaho.  These were, in page order, Lewis Henry Russell; Esther L. Russell; and Herbert Ray Russell.

William died in 1931 and is buried in the Riverside Cemetery at Payette, Idaho.  Annie may be the Annie Marshall Russell who died on January 19, 1948 and is buried in the Modesto Pioneer Cemetery at Modesto, California.

1880-1890 Autograph Album of Emma Rahe of Madison, Indiana; Married Inscriber Edward Hugh Gibson

1880-1890 autograph album that belonged to Emma Rahe of Madison, Indiana.  Emma married inscriber Edward Hugh Gibson in 1888.  Inscriptions were made by residents of Indiana and Ohio, with one from New York City.

Emma was given the album by her brother Will, presumably William Henry Rahe, at Cincinnati, Ohio, on September 29, 1880.

The album measures approximately 7-3/4" by 5" and contains the sentiments of nearly 70 of Emma's relatives and friends.  An alphabetical list of the inscribers, together with any personal information they offered, appears at the end of this post.

From brief online research, hopefully correct - corrections and additions requested:

Emma E. Rahe was born about April 1858 in Indiana, the daughter Henry Rahe and Margaretha (Stiening) Rahe, who inscribed several pages in Emma's album.

Other inscribers who expressed a kinship with Emma and/or had the surnames Rahe or Stiening: [and there were probably more who didn't express a kinship]
  • Minnie Cain; Emma's cousin
-->J. A. Carnagey of Columbus, Indiana; inscribed on August 12, 1890 at Madison, Indiana. John Albert Carnagey, who would marry Emma's sister, inscriber Clara Elizabeth Rahe in 1890. He inscribed the overleaf to Clara's page.

  • Louise Stiening; inscribed at Madison, Indiana, on July 16, 1884.  Emma's cousin, presumably Louisia Steining, daughter of Christian Heinrich Steining, a brother to Emma's mother Margaretha (Steining) Rahe

  • L. O. Stiening; inscribed at Lett's Corner, Indiana, on September 27, 1882.  Emma's cousin, presumably Lewis Orlando Stiening who graduated from Franklin College in 1887 and became a minister.

  • On October 15, 1888 in Jefferson County, Indiana, Emma married Edward Hugh Gibson.  Edward inscribed a page in Emma's album shortly before their marriage.

Emma and Edward raised their family of, I believe, two children in Jefferson County, Indiana.  The page of one inscriber, Hannah Winters, has an intriguing entry along the side, though the date of Emma's daughter Margaretha's birth doesn't quite match up with the date Hannah inscribed her page.  Perhaps a reader will weigh in.  Sadly, Emma's mother died before the birth of her namesake granddaughter.

Edward died in June of 1944 and Emma in December of that year.  They're buried in the Springdale Cemetery at Madison, Indiana.

Emma's teacher, Granville P. Mellen inscribed a page on June 15, 1884 at Madison, Indiana.
