Subsequent to 1820: in 1820s known as Bridgetown Plantation in 1828 (variants of Bridgestown Plantation and Bridgton Plantation) before incorporation as Wellington in 1828.
Wellington set off land to Parkman in 1841 and to Cambridge in 1885.
Note: the 1820 Census lists the names of heads of households only, with a tally of everyone in the household by age range and gender.
