The matted photograph, taken by the Butterfield studio of Springfield, Maine, measures approximately 6-1/2" by 4-1/4".  The photograph itself measures about 3-3/4" by 2-1/2".

From brief online research, hopefully correct:  corrections and additions requested:

Winnie J. Spencer was born July 13, 1882 at Kossuth, Maine, the daughter of Bartlett Richard Spencer and Alice Roselind (White) Spencer.  Some online sources have her name as Winona J. Spencer, "Winnie".  Her Maine birth record shows her born as Winnie J. Spencer, though it's interesting to note that the record was completed in 1937, when perhaps her given name of Winona had faded into memory.

I don't believe Winnie ever married.  She died in 1868 at Lincoln, Maine and is buried in the South Springfield Cemetery in Springfield, Maine, with her parents and other family members.
