From online research, hopefully correct:

Isaac G. Sanborn was born in March of 1876 in Maine, the son of Charles and Iantha Amelia (Mixer) Sanborn.  His paternal grandparents were George and Elvira D. (Peabody) Sanborn.  His maternal grandparents were George and Ruth Mixer.

Isaac G. Sanborn married Florence Ada Roberts in 1897.  She was born in December of 1876 in Waldo, the daughter of Gilman and Harriet Roberts.  Isaac G. and Florence Ada (Roberts) Sanborn had at least six children: Guy Roberts; Edith H.; Charles Gilman; Ruth Iantha; Avis M.; and Elvira L..  They brought up their family in Waldo, Maine, where Isaac was a farmer.

Also signing in the autograph book was an Angie M. Sanborn, who perhaps was a cousin of some sort.  I don't know much about her except that she was born 2 Oct 1881 in Maine, the daughter of Orlando and Ella A. (Keller) Sanborn.    Here is the page she signed in Bertha Clements' autograph book:
