c1967 Campaign Card of Maine State Representative Cecil Hazen McNally of Ellsworth, Maine
Late 1960s memento from the re-election campaign of Republican candidate for state representative Cecil H. McNally. His district would include Ellsworth, Blue Hill and Surry, Maine.
From online research, hopefully correct: [corrections welcome!]
Cecil Hazen McNally was born October 3, 1899 at Pittsfield, Maine, the son of George Patten McNally and Lillian Myrtle (Simonds) McNally, who were born at Benton, Maine, and, possibly, Pittsfield, Maine.
On November 3, 1928, Cecil married Hope Milliken, daughter of Elbridge and Agnes Drusilla (Wood) Milliken. Hope was born September 15, 1909.
Cecil Hazen McNally was a civil engineer by trade. I don't know if he and his wife Hope had any children, but there weren't any listed with them in the Censuses up to 1940.
Cecil died in 1982. Hope had predeceased him in 1971.
