1838 and 1839 Canton, Maine, Crop Bounty Documents: Gideon Ellis, Ralph Ames, Silas Dunbar, Horatio Bisbee

One 1838 and two 1839 Canton, Maine crop bounty documents for the harvest year of 1838, where town Treasurer Gideon Ellis certifies the harvests of Ralph Ames, Silas Dunbar and Horatio Bisbee.

Above and below, front and reverse of the certification for the harvest of Ralph Ames, dated December 29, 1838, resulting in a bounty of $4.70.
Below, certification for the harvest of farmer Silas Dunbar, resulting in a bounty of $6.90
