June 8, 1895 photograph of Helen Elizabeth Goodnow (1894-1980), daughter of Russell Jarvis Goodnow and Florence Louise (Maker) Goodnow of Massachusetts. The photograph was taken at the Barentzen studio of Malden, Massachusetts.
Helen was born at Melrose, Massachusetts in 1894 and died in Weymouth, Massachusetts, in 1980. She worked throughout her life as a secretary and apparently never married.
