Notices
Membership
All persons interested in education are invited to become members of the Association.  The membership fee is twenty-five cents for women and fifty cents for men.
All teachers should register as soon as possible after arrival at the convention.
Promptness
Teachers will do much to add to the success of the meeting by being promptly in their places at the hours announced for the openings of sessions.
Chairmen will open the sessions over which they preside promptly at the hours indicated in the program.
Speakers will note carefully the time assignments.
Entertainment
Teachers wishing entertainment over night in Rumford should notify Miss Maria Sanborn, Rumford, previous to May 11, if possible.  If not possible to notify her in advance, apply for entertainment at the office of the Superintendent of Schools, Municipal Building, on the forenoon of your arrival.
Plan NOW to attend the State Summer Schools for Teachers.  Additional training thus secured may mean a higher salary.
Summer Schools at Castine, Farmington and Machias - July 16th to August 3rd
Summer Term of State Normal School at Presque Isle, July 16th to August 24th.
