Cabinet Photo of young woman Mary Sybilla (Mohr) Reabuck, Pennsylvania
Photograph of a young woman, Mary Sybilla (Mohr) Reabuck, born about 1886 in Allentown, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. Mary married Arthur Andrew Reabuck sometime before the 1910 Census. At that time she and Arthur had a child, Ruth E, 3 months old. The couple went on to have four more children, 3 sons and another daughter.
Searching online, I found several instances of a Mary Mohr born in Pennsylvania about 1886, but I wasn't able to pinpoint our Mary Sybilla Mohr definitively. [ If only every state had a resource like the Maine Marriages Online Database! ]
However, I'm hoping that one of you out there might recognize this family and be able to provide the names of Mary's parents. Mary's husband, Andrew Arthur Reabuck, was born in 1882 in Seven Points, Northumberland County, Pennsylvania, the son of Edward and Rebecca (Ressler) Reabuck.
One of Mary's children wrote her ID on the reverse of the photo: notice the word "Mom".
