1877-1882 autograph album that belonged to Fred R. Hull of Carthage, New York, a village in the town of Wilna. He wrote his name and address on the inside front cover. Sadly, the inside cover also bears a newspaper clipping reporting Fred's death on September 23, 1882, at age 20 years, 3 months and 12 days.
The album measures approximately 7" x 4" and contains the sentiments of nearly 70 of Fred's relatives, friends and schoolmates. An alphabetical surname list and an alphabetical list of the signers, together with any personal information they offered, appear at the end of this post.
From brief online research, hopefully correct: [corrections and additions welcome!]
Frederick R. Hull was born in New York on June 11, 1862, the daughter of Philip and Lucia (Crosby) Hull, who were born at Lamas, Norfolk, England and Hartwick, New York, respectively. Read more about the Hull family here.
Three of Fred's brothers inscribed pages in his album. Oldest brother William P. Hull inscribed a page on January 25, 1878.
Fred's next oldest brother Dr. Charles J. Hull inscribed a page on January 1, 1878. His wife, presumably Isabel Elizabeth Monroe (her grandfather was Gen. Moreau of Revolutionary War fame - the name was changed to Monroe), inscribed the left facing page. However, the sources I found indicated that Charles and Isabel married in 1882. Either Charles was married before, or Isabel found the page her husband had signed and inscribed the page facing it.
Fred's brother Dr. George E. Hull of Carthage, New York, inscribed a page on January 2, 1878. Sadly, he, too, died young, in 1884. His wife, Ella L. (Caswell) Hull, with whom he he had a son, George Daniel Hull, also signed a page in the album, before their marriage.

- Cousin Ella M. Curtis of Madison, New York, who inscribed a page on June 10, 1878
- Mrs. Emily Louisa Hull [or Hall] of Utica, New York, who inscribed a page on August 1, 1881; her middle name might be Lovisa
