Ernest Clifton Myrick (1886-1968) was born in Gouldsboro, Maine, the son of John M. Myrick, a native of Vinalhaven Island, Maine, and Olive (Hammond) Myrick, a native of Gouldsboro, Maine.

It appears that Ernest married twice 1) Florence J. Robinson; 2) Susan Margaret (Rainey) Vogel. By 1920, Ernest had moved to Penobscot County, Maine. He's buried in the Pine Tree Cemetery at Bangor.
