Vintage Photograph Album, possibly Maine

Vintage photograph album of scenes that appear to have been taken in Maine or perhaps the Martimes.  If you recognize a scene, please leave a comment or contact me directly.

The scene above shows evidence of the glacial period in Maine and the Maritimes.  Could it be Maine - Caterpillar Hill in Sedgwick, or a scene in Union or somewhere in Washington County?

And the scene below - some thought it might be one of the Songo Locks along the Cumberland and Oxford Canal from Harrison to Portland, in Cumberland County, Maine.  Only one lock remains today.

If you recognize any of the scenes, please leave a comment or contact me directly.

  1. Lock could be the last one on the Songo River in Naples Me. The bridge behind the lock is the right distance as it is today, with a Swing Bridge. Some scenes could be on Sebago Lake. If you want I could post to the Facebook group called "I boat On Sebago" as some will comment on old photo's.
