Whether or not this is the correct couple, I found a Joseph Gilbert in the 1900 and 1910 Censuses of Waterbury, Connecticut with wife Della. In the 1910 Census, son Frank, born about 1902, was living with them. Joseph and Della Gilbert married in 1892 in Canada and came to the United States in 1896.
