I don't know if Elizabeth Julia's married name was Mrs. Henry Bartlett or if the card was directed to Mrs. Henry Bartlett, Ellsworth, Maine, by Elizabeth Julia. I wonder if Julia was Elizabeth's middle name or last name. There are people with the surname Julia in Maine, including a number in the antiques business.
