The album was complicated to research, and I've probably misstated a few dates and relationships. Hopefully, readers will weigh in so I can correct any errors.

Lorena A. Smith was the daughter of Hiram V. Smith and Love P. (Cook) Smith, who inscribed facing pages in the album.

In 1906, Lorena married Eben Hunewill [see below] or Hunewell, whose first wife, Irene B. (Rowe) had died in 1903. Eben, whose surname is also seen as Hunnewell, inscribed the last page in the album on on March 1, 1910, where he noted that he was born on March 2, 1825 in a log house in Moscow, Maine.
