Elizabeth Strieb, Lizzie", was born in Indiana in 1862, the daughter of George and Katherine Elisabetha (Stadler) Streib.  Lizzie's sister Mary C. (Streip) Roth and her husband John C. Roth inscribed pages in Lizzie's album.  Mary's page:

Lizzie's brother, who spelled his name as Jacob Striepe, and his wife Hannah Savilla (Maurer) Striepe inscribed pages.  Jacob's page:

On March 9, 1886 at Highland, Kansas, Lizzie, recorded as Elizabeth Stripe, married Walter Robert Brant.  Walter inscribed a page in Lizzie's album in 1885.  Walter's sister Addie and her future husband Frederick L. Pierce also inscribed pages.  Walter's page:

Lizzie and Walter had, I believe, four children, one of whom died young and one of whom, John Franklin Brant, inscribed a page in his mother's album in 1907, when it apparently came to light years later.

Walter died in 1898 and Lizzie in 1925.  They're buried with their young son George in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery at Leona, Kansas.

From brief online research, hopefully correct - corrections and additions requested:

Clara Bell Warden was born October 11, 1865 at Barnet, Vermont, the daughter of James Warden and Candace [or Candice] Lucy (Jones) Warden.  Clara's mother inscribed two pages in the album, one of them facing a page inscribed by Clara's father, who gave his age in 1882 as 66.

I believe Clara had six siblings, three of whom died before she started collecting autographs in this album.  Two of Clara's sisters inscribed pages in her album.  Sarah Ruby (Warden) Bingham of Peacham, Vermont, inscribed a page on September 11, 1881.  Sarah was the wife of inscriber James Warner Bingham.

Ella M. (Warden) Gilfillan inscribed a page at Burke, Vermont, on August 10, 1883.  Ella was the wife of Horace Gilfillan.

On October 31, 1893, Clara Bell Warden married George Seth Garvin, son of George William Garvin and Margery D. (Clark) Garvin.  Before his marriage to Clara, George inscribed a page in her album in 1888.

Clara and George lived in Vermont and Maine and had two children, daughters Candace and Elsie.  Clara died in Maine in 1930 and George in 1939.  They're buried in the Danville Green Cemetery at Danville, Vermont.

From brief online research, hopefully correct - corrections and additions requested:

Nellie Christine Grant was born in 1873 in Kansas, the daughter of Johann Peter Grant, who may have Americanized his surname, and Anna Sophia (Stromquist) Grant.  Nellie's brother Eben inscribed a page in her album.

On March 20, 1898 in McPherson County, Kansas, Nellie Christine Grant married Carl Gustav Karlsson Almen, who was born in Sweden in 1867 and emigrated to the United States about 1885.  Nellie and Carl made their home at McPherson, Kansas, where they ran a drug store, and had at least two children.  They may have had more children who didn't survive childhood, as there are several graves in the McPherson Cemetery of Almen children who were born and died during the relevant time frame.

Nellie died in 1939 and Carl in 1943.  They're buried in the McPherson Cemetery at McPherson, Kansas, with other people with the surname Almen.  There are many people with the surname Grant buried in this cemetery as well.
