RPPC, looks to be Young Man of Royal Blood

Here's a real photo postcard of a young man who's dressed in the manor of the nobility.   Nothing on reverse except the postcard template.

I looked over some photographs of Edward VIII, and I don't think it's he, but I could be wrong.  And I couldn't find a photograph of a young Prince Philip to compare.  Of course, that leaves all the rest of the houses of Europe.

Anyone recognize him?  If so, please let me know.
