Miss Dykeman was esteemed very highly by a large circle of friends. Her time for several years was passed in teaching in the schools of the county, where her excellent services will be remembered and appreciated for many years. She began a course at the New Paltz normal school Sept. 1, this year, and it was while there that she was stricken by her fatal illness.
